How We Work

Wooprex delivers digital work with AI and people together. AI tools do most of the drafting, building and repetitive work. A specialist in that field reviews every delivery and fixes what needs fixing before it reaches you. No work is delivered on AI alone.

We use business AI services that do not train their models on your data, and we never use your files to train models of our own.

Tasks, Quotes and Prices

• You describe the work through Start a Task, the contact form or email. Within 6 business hours we reply with a fixed price and a delivery date.
• The price in the quote you accept is the price you pay for that brief. There is no hourly billing.
• Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax unless stated. Any tax is added in your quote or at checkout, based on your billing address. Prices on the Pricing page are starting prices. Your quote states the final price, what is included and the delivery date.
• Rush delivery, when offered, is about twice as fast and adds 50% to the task price.
• Payment terms (for example, payment before work starts or per milestone) are stated in your quote.

Delivery and Revisions

• Most tasks are delivered in 24 to 72 hours. Larger projects run in weekly milestones, with the dates set in your quote.
• Every task includes 3 rounds of revisions within the original brief.
• Changes within the original brief are revisions. New pages, new features or a new direction count as a new task, and we quote it before starting.
• Delivery dates depend on you sending the information, files and access we ask for. If those arrive late, the date moves by the same amount.

Monthly Plans

Monthly plans ("pods") give you a set number of tasks each month and your own queue. You can change or cancel a plan at any time. Changes apply from your next billing date, and a cancelled plan stops before the next billing date.

Refunds for Tasks

If we miss the agreed delivery date, or the work still does not match the brief after the included revisions, you get a full refund for that task. Details are in the Return Policy.

Ownership of Work We Deliver

When a task is paid in full, the work we deliver for it is yours to use, change and publish. Parts made by others keep their own licenses: for example fonts, stock photos, icons, open-source code and third-party services. We tell you when a delivery includes such parts.

We do not show your work in our portfolio or case studies without your written permission.

White Label Partners

Agencies can resell our work under their own brand. We deliver unbranded work through you, we never contact your clients, and we sign an NDA on request before you share anything about them. You set your own price for your client. Partner prices and plans are on the White Label page.

Marketplace Products

The Marketplace sells ready-made digital products: website templates, admin dashboards, scripts and source code, landing pages, app and UI kits, design and branding files, AI tools and automations, and browser extensions. Each product is made with AI and checked by a person before it is listed.

• Payment is taken through Stripe, by card or another method shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, and any tax is added at checkout based on your billing address.
• After payment you get an instant download, a license key, a license PDF and a LICENSE.txt file inside the ZIP. Your purchases stay in your account under Downloads.
• Every purchase includes lifetime free updates. New versions download from the same place in your account.
• Demo content (sample text, photos and logos) shown in previews is for illustration. Replace it with your own content before you publish.

Marketplace Licenses

A license lets you use a product; it does not transfer ownership of the product itself. Each license is for one end product.

Regular License

• Use the item in one end product (one website, one app or one design use), for yourself or for one client.
• The end product is not sold to many buyers or offered as a paid product to many users.
• You may change and adapt the item as much as you need.

Extended License

• Use the item in one end product that may be sold or offered to many users, for example a paid app, a SaaS or products carrying the design.
• Includes everything the Regular License allows.

Under both licenses you may not resell, share or give away the item files, on their own or in a template, kit or bundle, and you may not claim the item as your own original work. Anyone can check a key on the License Check page.

Refunds for Marketplace Products

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase when a product does not work as described and our support cannot fix it. When a refund is made, the license key for that order is revoked and the product may no longer be used. Details are in the Return Policy.

Your Legal Rights as a Consumer

If you buy as a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights that these Terms do not take away. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Citizens Advice can explain these rights.

Cancelling. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can normally cancel an online order within 14 days. For a Marketplace product, you ask for immediate access at checkout and acknowledge that this right then ends. For a task, if you ask us to start within the 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point. To cancel, email help@wooprex.com with your order or quote details. Business customers do not have these cancellation rights.

Your Account

Keep your password private and tell us at help@wooprex.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.

Acceptable Use

Do not use our services or products for anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive, and do not ask us to copy work you have no right to use. We may decline or stop a task that breaks this rule. We may also cancel an order, or revoke a license, when we see fraud or a clear breach of these Terms.

Warranty and Liability

We check every delivery and every product before it reaches you, and the revisions and refunds above are how we put things right. Beyond that, services and products are provided as delivered, and we do not promise that they suit every purpose or work with every third-party tool, plugin, browser or host.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

If you buy as a business, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. If you buy as a consumer, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, and not for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We keep your files and information confidential, use them only for your task and delete them on request after delivery. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Orders already accepted keep the terms that applied when you placed them.

Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can decide any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the law where you live. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
