This Privacy Policy explains how Wooprex handles personal data when you visit wooprex.com, send us a task, apply for a job, create an account or buy from the Marketplace. Wooprex is a trading name of Arteiya Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16102327). Registered office: 58 Peregrine Road, England, IG6 3SZ. Arteiya Ltd is the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only what we need to do that work, and we do not sell your personal data.
Data We Collect
- Forms (Start a Task, Contact, quotes, white label partner and job applications): your name, email, phone number or WhatsApp if you give it, company, your message and any files you upload.
- Account: name, email, password (stored encrypted), billing name, address and phone, and a profile photo if you add one.
- Purchases: the products you buy, order and invoice details, license keys and download history. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, kept in server logs and, with your consent, in analytics.
How We Use It
- To reply to you, quote and deliver your tasks, and send revisions.
- To process payments, deliver downloads, issue license keys, invoices and updates, and handle refunds.
- To run your account and keep it secure, including stopping fraud and spam.
- To review job and partner applications.
- To send the newsletter if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- With your consent, to measure how the site is used.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
Our Legal Reasons for Using Your Data
The UK GDPR requires a legal reason for each use of your data. Ours are:
- Contract: replying to your request, delivering tasks and products, taking payment, and running your account.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting and other records the law requires.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the site secure, preventing fraud and spam, and reviewing job and partner applications. You can object to these.
- Consent: the newsletter and analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your Files and AI Tools
Files and briefs you send are used only for your task. We process them with business AI services that do not train their models on your data, and we never use your files to train models of our own. Files are kept in access-controlled storage and deleted on request after delivery. We sign an NDA on request before you share anything.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in, processing purchases and remembering your cookie choice (the wooprex_consent cookie, kept for 180 days).
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you allow them in the cookie box. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Every cookie we use is listed in our Cookie Policy.
Transfers Outside the UK
Some of these services, including Stripe, Google and AI providers, may process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. When they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on safeguards the UK GDPR accepts, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. Email us for details.
How Long We Keep It
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Order and invoice records are generally kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting rules, and license records for as long as your license and updates need them. Task files are deleted on request after delivery. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored encrypted, uploaded files and downloads sit in protected storage, and only the people who work on your task can see your files. No system is completely secure, so please tell us at help@wooprex.com if you notice anything wrong.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal data, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent you gave. You can update most account details yourself under Account Settings. For anything else, email help@wooprex.com. We reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. We would welcome the chance to help first.
Children
Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
