No. You pay per task, per package, or with a monthly pod. There is no hourly billing.

A monthly plan with a set number of tasks and your own queue: Starter ($499), Growth ($1,499) or Scale ($3,999) a month.

By card through our secure Stripe checkout. Monthly pods and custom projects can also be paid by invoice and bank transfer.

If we miss the agreed delivery date, or the work still does not match the brief after revisions, you get a full refund for that task.

One task is one piece of work that takes up to about 4 hours of expert time, for example one website page or section, a blog post up to 1,500 words, 3 social post designs or a bug fix. See what counts as a task.
