We are hiring a Python Developer at Wooprex to build the AI workflows, automations and data tools behind our deliveries, and the integrations we build for clients.

About the role

If you like turning AI models and messy data into reliable tools, join our tech team and build the systems that power every Wooprex delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI workflows, agents and automations in Python.
  • Connect AI models and APIs to client tools such as CRMs, helpdesks and spreadsheets.
  • Write data pipelines for cleaning, enrichment and reporting work.
  • Build back-end services and APIs with FastAPI, Django or Flask.
  • Write clean, tested and documented code.
  • Monitor and improve the speed, cost and reliability of AI workflows.
  • Work with our reviewers and project leads to turn feedback into fixes.

Skills required

  • Strong Python fundamentals, including async code and packaging.
  • Experience with FastAPI, Django or Flask.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt or tool design.
  • Data work with pandas or similar libraries.
  • Databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL, plus a vector database is a plus.
  • Git, Docker and testing with pytest.

Experience requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of professional Python development.
  • At least one shipped project that uses AI models or automation.
  • Experience working in small teams with short delivery cycles.

Additional requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equal experience.
  • Clear written English for documentation and handovers.
  • Care for detail: you check the result, not just the code.
